G'day — I'm Nick, director of Minus Media. Here's how we work, and why it's built this way.
Most agencies scale by adding layers — account managers, juniors, offshore teams — until the person you signed with is someone you never hear from again. Minus Media is built the opposite way: a tight operation where I stay across every account, and the people who touch your campaign are people you can name.
I started Minus Media because, growing up in Central Victoria, I watched builders and tradies in my community do great work — and struggle to communicate their value online. I wanted to bridge that gap, so they could help more homeowners realise their projects.
We only work in building and renovation. Every campaign we run for one builder makes the next one sharper — same buyers, same objections, same seasons. A generalist agency learns your industry on your invoice. We already speak it.
And because my name is on the business, I can't hide behind a contract when something needs owning. You can't hide from a bad build either — that's the standard we work to.
